Restoration, cleaning, replacing base and mosaic sections

• Restoration cleaning (deposits of carpet glue, paint, varnish, old sealers and polish, ingrained dirt, cement)- to clean tile to its original appearance, and to prepare it for sealing and polishing.
• Re-grouting–remove all loose grout, all dirt deposits, and grout the floor.
• Fixing and reinforcing cracked concrete base.
• Injecting appropriate adhesives to stabilize loose tile floor sections.
• Replacing worn out and cracked tiles, or sections. We use original replacement tiles, if we do not have enough originals, we use modern equivalent tile.
• Sealing; applying polish/waxes. We will seal it and will apply high gloss or honed (mate) finish depending on your preference.
• Replacing tiles damaged by the carpet led holes.

We can lift entire mosaic floor, and reinstall it later (when it is necessary to install new concrete base, or when there is complete renovation, and it is not possible to keep old floor). Also we will install extensions of existing tile designs using original or reproduction tile. Marble, granite mosaic floors, glass mosaic, ceramics mosaic, Victorian geometric tile.
